Instead, she brings in the more esoteric element of feeling. According to her, the most important job of a quilt is that it conveys certain feelings to people. They lend so much substance to an artistic project, and color has that unique ability to evoke strong emotions or remind us of important memories. But there is an aspect of color that is both a major benefit and a major drawback. It is the quality of color which allows it to change so easily with different lighting. Firstly, the benefits of this quality can be breathtaking. A quilt in one light can look like an entirely new quilt in another light. Even moving the quilt back and forth in the same light can lend the piece different shades nuances of the same color scheme. This makes the finished product incredibly versatile and interesting. It almost takes on a human like personality, altering and changing in different situations. This allows for a piece with tremendous character. However, the downside is that very same quality. Because colors are so susceptible to change, what looks pleasing in one light can be very unattractive or undesirable in another. Therefore, quilter Wendy Nash suggests always picking out your colors in a very well-lit room or area. If you don't, you're only going to be surprised when the product is finished. Black is almost exclusively associated with the mysterious or even dangerous, while white typically embodies everything pure, clean and angelic. These are feelings and emotions that the colors naturally evoke. However, it is the personalized element of color that is so important to keep in mind when quilting. Everybody responds to colors differently. Despite so many of these universal connotations, it is still common that what one person deems beautiful can conjure distasteful emotions in another. Then let the Orchid drain in the sink and then return to it's pot or saucer. It is advisable to repeat this process every 10-14 days dependent on the ambient temperature. The Moth Orchid thrives in daytime temperatures as high as the mid-80s (Fahrenheit) but cannot endure a nighttime temperature below 65 degrees. Orchids like a contrast of at least 10 degrees between their day and nighttime temperatures. If your home is extremely dry and warm (these conditions are often exacerbated by central heating), you may need to create a humidity tray to give your orchid the moisture it needs. Fill a tray with pebbles, leaving about 1/4 inch of room at the top, then cover the pebbles with water. Place the pot on the pebbles. This is wrong think. When it comes to marketing ROI, you have to realize that the term means Return On Investment and the return is measured in dollars (or your local currency). Lets say you spend $2,000 to get out a bulk mailing of 5,000 pieces and you get 10 calls as a result. Doesnt look like much. But of these 10 calls you close 6 and get immediate sales of $12,000. Thats marketing ROI! And thats not even taking into account the future sales to those 6 new customers. It could add up to hundreds of thousands of dollars. The same simple mathematics apply to any other marketing efforts: radio ads, press releases or articles in magazines, print ads, yellow pages, web site, etc. Obviously you need to keep track of response from each marketing campaign you do so that you can weed out unsuccessful campaigns and strengthen successful ones. Why Do Women Cheat?

By Steve Roberts Why do women cheat? The simple answer is because they hurt. They have pain related to loneliness, the rejection and betrayal of a cheating spouse, an unexciting and unsatisfactory relationship, or feeling poorly about themselves. Why do women cheat? Because of emotional needs not met and the hurt that accompanies this lack. Is it sometimes just physical lust? Occasionally, but I do not see much of this. Loneliness is one of the primary reasons that women seek out affairs or are susceptible to advances. Women who are in an unsatisfactory relationship may feel even lonelier than if they were still single. A partner who is over involved with his work or hobby may severely limit the attention and admiration he gives to his mate. She then feels unattractive, uncared for, and hopeless about getting her needs met. While this is a reason for working harder on the relationship, not seeking relief from another man, it is easy to understand the pain that makes the whole thing possible. And then there is Revenge. I am seeing much more of this as a motive in recent years. Today's woman is not willing to just sit still and "take it." Unfortunately, the "eye for an eye" approach has become more acceptable and a woman who feels betrayed and rejected may well return the favor. Sometimes a woman needs only to hold a suspicion that her partner is cheating to be susceptible. She may have painful memories from other, earlier relationships in her life, and she may have an expectation of being hurt in this one, as well. This is where a "self fulfilling prophecy" can take over and create pain for everyone. One reason for a woman's affair is similar to one for men: boredom. An unsatisfying, dull, and predictable relationship that is not growing in depth can make the excitement of a new relationship very attractive. The affair is not only exciting due to the new person involved, but also to the whole experience of sneaking around and hiding it. This can be a huge adrenaline rush. It's not saying it too strongly to say that it can even be mildly addictive. Women who have multiple affairs may be experiencing this kind of stimulus. Underlying all these reasons for cheating is a poor sense of self-esteem. We all need an adequate amount of affection and admiration from our partners. One way or another this attention falters at times and the person can become insecure and start looking for the attention is other places. Women can especially have this problem since our culture puts so much emphasis on physical beauty, sex appeal, and the ability to attract men. The truly secure woman knows that her value rests not in these attributes but in her depth of character, her spiritual self, and in her self-reliance. Unfortunately, there is very little in our culture to encourage this self awareness and many women unconsciously find their worth in the attention they receive from the men in their lives. And, when it is not coming from their partner they are susceptible to receiving it from other men. Few would say that any of these reasons for cheating are justifiable. Whether it is boredom, self-esteem, revenge, or the pain that relationships often bring, the answer is to go to work on the relationship, not to have an affair. We can understand the motivations for affairs, but we still know that they are harmful and someone usually gets hurt badly. So, what are we to do about all of this? Stay tuned. These vitamins have a pretty big impact on your health, so not only is it quite beneficial to consume them, but it is not good to not include them in your diet. Along with the vitamins cashews contain, they also contain 37.4% of the daily recommended value of heart-protective monounsaturated fats. These nuts have a lower fat content than what is found in most other nuts. Also, they contain primarily unsaturated fatty acids, mostly of which is oleic acid. Oleic acid promotes good cardiovascular health, and reduced triglyceride levels (triglyceride levels are associated with increased risk for heart disease. Cashews provide 38.0% of the daily recommended value for copper. The copper provided plays a role in many mental processes. Some of these processes are: antioxidant defenses, energy production, melanin production, bone and connective tissue development, free radicals elimination, and iron utilization.
Copper is an important vitamin to consume. Not taking in enough copper can lead to health problem such as: osteoporosis, joint problems (arthritis), brain disturbances, elevated LDL cholesterol, reduced HDL cholesterol, irregular heartbeat, increased infection vulnerability, ruptured blood vessels, and iron deficiency anemia. Along with copper, you intake a significant amount of magnesium through cashews. Cashews provide 22.3% of the daily recommended value for magnesium. The perks of having good levels of Magnesium ensure that you will have healthy bones. It also helps lower blood pressure, while preventing heart attacks. It reduces asthma severity and promotes normal sleep patterns in menopausal women. While you gain all of the above benefits, you can meanwhile avoid the following downfalls: high blood pressure, fatigue, muscle cramps, tension, soreness, muscle spasms and migraine headaches.
